Socially significant objects settle down in inhabited sector and, first of all, are characterized by presence of a plenty people. Maintenance of their safety and revealing of potentially dangerous persons is prime importance task, whether it is a kindergarten, school, hospital, stadium, a cinema or all cities. As a rule, walk-in accessibility, to territory of this objects, is not limited, that considerably complicates a problem of protection of these objects.

There are plenty of security threats in every city, such as: offences, criminal and housing and public dangers, terrorist threats and technogenic dangers. There are a lot of objects borrowed in a life-support system of city, acts of sabotage on which can lead to serious consequences for the population and municipal economy. In the interim, people wish to live in safe city which can guarantee it and to their children personal safety and protection of property.
